Harris County Dispute Resolution Center (DRC)

It is your right as a citizen of Harris County to ensure that you live in a community free of nuisance and inconsiderate behavior. It is also your right to ensure the Membership (deed) you engaged into when purchasing your home is administered in good faith with evidence of due diligence. We encourage you to empower yourself and use the following service to gain meaningful resolution to your issue. With this said, Harris County offers a Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). The DRC is sponsored by the Houston Bar Association and funded through Harris County. This service provides a free alternative dispute resolution services for resident of Harris County, Texas. The DRC mediates disputes that include, but not limited to, landlord and tenant, consumer and merchant, auto repair, family, neighbor, homeowner's associations, employment, and various other issues.
