The Association's Membership meets annually to review accomplishments from the previous year; discuss special assessment needs if applicable; and to elect Association Directors as required by under the Texas Uniform Condominium Act (TCUA). These meeting usually occur on a Saturday morning in late early August of each year. The Association President along with the other Directors will provide a presentation. There is a Questions & Answer session at the end of the presentation allowing the Membership the opportunity to discuss questions and concerns that were not covered.
This session is not for concerns of personal nature. Please contact the Association directly to discuss personal unit related issues.
The Association Directors will have a thirty (30) minute Executive Session meeting directly after the annual meeting adjourns to elect Director roles, tend to any emergency business, and address personal Member concerns.
