The Association's Board of Directors meet on a Quarterly schedule to address business that cannot be conducted by other means acceptable under the Texas Uniform Condominium Act (TCUA). These meetings occur toward the end of the month, on a Tuesday, every September (09), December (12), March (03), and June (06) of each year. All residents are encouraged to attend.
The first fifteen (15) minutes of each meeting is allocated to any resident who would like to ask questions or voice concerns. Each individual is give three (3) minutes to speak. Anyone arriving late will forfeit this opportunity. If there are agenda items that concern the personal business of a Member, we will hold those items for the Executive Session out of respect and privacy. The Executive Session will only include the Association Directors, Managing Agent, and the individual Member if applicable.
