As required by the Texas Uniform Condominium Act (TUCA), all Quarterly Board of Director meeting notifications are sent ten (10) business days prior to the meeting date to all Members in the same manner.
The Annual meeting notifications are sent thirty (30) days prior to the meeting date to all Members in the same manner. Meeting notifications are sent as a standard form letter stating the date, time, and location information of the meeting.
Though not required by law, you should also expect a telephone broadcast message reminder two (2) days before all meeting.
All meeting notification will be mailed to the address on file based on the following order:
- Address provided to the Association and on file with the Management Company
- As listed with the Harris County Appraisal District (HCAD)
- The 606 Marshall St. Unit's address
